INTRODUCTION

Surrey Childcare's online babysitting register provides a unique and practical babysitting service. Register online to check out details of all our babysitters, view their diaries and make bookings online. The service is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year and is ideal for viewing details at a time to suit you or finding a last minute babysitter out of normal office hours.

HOW IT WORKS

Once registered you can use our bespoke diary service to find details of experienced babysitters and book them online. You can view their profiles and diaries in real time and when you make a booking request our system automatically sends the babysitter an email and a text message containing your booking details.

Your booking request contains your contact details and your chosen babysitter will contact you. You can then send a confirmation booking online with a single click. This sends further details to the babysitter via email automatically. This message contains all your details, contact numbers, any special numbers to be contacted in emergency and any special requirements that your babysitter should know.

You can save the details of your favourite babysitters so you can find them quickly next time. You can also leave feedback for your babysitter. This feedback will be visible to other clients and may be useful in helping you choose the right person for you.

WHO ARE OUR BABYSITTERS?

All of our babysitters have been personally interviewed by us. We have followed up references and CRB checks. Not until our interview criteria have been met are babysitters included on our online register. Many babysitters are qualified nannies, others are teachers and experienced child-minders.

All of our staff are helpful and professional.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our fees for using this service are very competitive and excellent value.

Yearly Fee: £145.00 this includes 75 text credits

Half-Yearly Fee: £85.00 this includes 35 text credits

Extra text credits are available in packs of 50 at a cost of £7.50

This service is for evenings only. Any daytime requests will need to be made through the office and will be charged at our normal daily temporary nanny rate.
